At the root of our services is child-by-child case planning and management. Our Case Managers take a holistic view of children at risk, and design an appropriate plan. By making the connection to each student’s home and community, we reinforce their learning and identify other areas that influence their performance.
The following two schools are implementing our programs under case manager supervision.
